I know all about it. You’ve been struggling for a while now with weight loss. Trying every which way to burn the fat that seems to appear out of nowhere. You’ve tried every diet, every eating plan, including practical starvation, but nothing seems to work. It occurs to you, every now and then, that you’ll never see the light at the end of the tunnel. Or better yet, the numbers going down on that defiant scale. But there is hope. Sensible, and Simple Diet Advice.
The main objective of this site is to enlighten, to provide sane information about this often difficult, and touchy subject. This is most certainly a work in progess (one step away from Site Under Construction :-). In the weeks and months to come, this site will be changing–considerably–like we hope everyone who comes here to lose weight will do. So bear with us. There is a lot of information out there. Not all of it in your best interest.
We will be looking at things from several perspectives, including your mind as well as your body. But most of all, we will be enforcing the fact that you are an individual. What works for some folk, may not work for you. In fact, that is almost guaranteed. We are all different. Our blood types, body shapes, genetics, metabolism, even our stress levels. And they all have to do with how you process food, or lack of processing, as the case may be.
You’ve heard it many times: it’s a journey. On the way, you’ll be hearing from a lot of people. Some with professional backgrounds, and others with the hard-won designation of “expert” by experience. We have a mission. A goal. A direction. So, let’s begin. And welcome!
